Having worked with famous stars such as Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, Phoebe Snow along with Eric Clapton, (plus many more) these experiences have made the group into accomplished musicians. More About Lobero Theatre
Lobero Theatre is California’s oldest operating theater. In 1873, Jose Lobero opened up the first theater south of San Francisco. Lobero was flourishing in the 1920s with an era of “preview performances for Hollywood.” And in 1924, the theater was rebuilt to restore its condition. During the 40s, it was a favorite stop for performances between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Lobero Theatre is recognized as a jewel within Santa Barbara, as well as a state and city landmark. Today, the theater is still recognized for its ability to present quality jazz and American roots performances. In 2011, Lobero Theatre was recognized as one of the best places to see jazz by the Downbeat Magazine. All the more the reason to stop in for a show as soon as possible!
